the breakfast was good and anas at the reception was helpful!

My room service order was delayed, and when it arrived, the croissants were not as pictured on the menu. they seemed like mass-produced items. the lack of attentiveness to detail detracted from the overall experience. i also noted the room's soundproofing was inadequate. Noise from events at the pool was noticeable.

The room was huge, with great furniture. it had a massive balcony. It's one of the best hotels i've stayed in. even though i only stayed one night, i'd definitely choose this hotel again.

I am writing to report a serious issue. shortly after sleeping in the room, i developed a severe skin reaction, including multiple itchy red spots and irritation all over my body.
